The short version
This site does not run any advertising or marketing cookie, and we have not added a cookie-consent banner because there is currently nothing on this public site that requires one under a "strictly necessary vs. optional tracking" framework — every optional item below is purely functional (like remembering a favorited home), not tracking, and the only strictly-necessary cookie exists solely to keep our own staff signed in to internal tools, not for public visitors.

What this means in plain language
- Admin sign-in cookies only exist if you're signed in to our internal admin tools — they are never set for anyone browsing the public site.
- Favorited-home storage lives entirely in your own browser. It's optional — the site works fully without it — and you can clear it at any time through your browser's own settings, or by un-hearting each listing.
- Mapbox's own storage is written by the third-party mapping software itself, not by this site's code, whenever a page shows an interactive map. See our Privacy Policy for more on what Mapbox does with this.
No advertising cookie table to see here
We know many cookie policies list a long table of advertising, analytics, and social-media cookies. This site genuinely doesn't have one — we don't run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Calendly, or any YouTube embed anywhere on this site. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) is a first-party, cookie-free service — it doesn't appear in the table above because it doesn't set a cookie or use browser storage at all.
Your choices
Because there is no optional tracking cookie on this site today, there is nothing to "opt out" of in the traditional sense. You can still clear your browser's stored data (including the favorited-homes list) at any time through your browser's own privacy settings, and you can always submit a question through Privacy Choices.
