Accessibility Statement

Our ongoing commitment to making this site usable by everyone.

Version 0.1.0-draftLast updated September 21, 2026Effective date: pending approval

Working draft. This page is generated directly from the site's actual, current technical configuration. It has not yet been reviewed and approved by Bree or legal counsel, and is not yet in effect as a final policy. Some factual details (such as brokerage and license information) remain placeholders pending confirmation — see the notes on this page.

Our commitment

Bree Soellner wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom/magnification. We build this site using semantic HTML, readable color contrast against our warm ivory and deep navy palette, and layouts intended to hold up at a range of text sizes and viewport widths.

Known limitations

We believe in describing where this site currently falls short, not just where it succeeds. As of this writing:

  • This site has not yet completed a formal accessibility audit against WCAG 2.1 Level AA or any other standard — the statements on this page reflect a good-faith review of the site's code, not a certified audit.
  • The interactive map component (built on the Mapbox GL JS library, shown on property and community pages) may have limited keyboard-only support for some pan/zoom/marker interactions, since it relies on the third-party library's own default controls rather than a fully custom-built keyboard interface.
  • Some editorial and marketing imagery may not yet have been individually reviewed for fully descriptive alternative text, beyond what was written at the time each image was added.

We do not claim this site is fully or perfectly accessible.

Continued improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. As we identify issues — whether through our own review or from feedback you send us — we address them as part of our regular development work.
